Welcome – I’m so glad you’re here.
“I just want to be normal.”
Something I hear often from people navigating life with chronic illness—like solid organ transplant, IBD, diabetes, or epilepsy—as well as those exploring their gender and sexual identities.
Here’s the truth:
You are normal. You are worthy. You matter.
Exactly as you are.
We’re all dealt a different hand in life—some of us carry chronic illness, invisible wounds, overwhelming stress, or identities we didn’t choose but are now navigating. I offer you the space to lay those cards on the table without judgment. It’s not about pretending the hand doesn’t exist—it’s about learning how to play it with strength, insight, and self-compassion.
You don’t have to do this alone – I’m here with you.

The greatest predictor of success in psychotherapy is the strength of the relationship between the client and therapist. Therefore, my practice is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and humility. I aim to give you the space and time to be truly heard and seen for exactly who you are. Together, we will develop treatment goals that feel best for you and your success.
Psychotherapy with me is rooted in evidence-based practices and delivered with warmth, enthusiasm, and even humor (sometimes the best medicine). I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ youth and families. Together, we create a space that is not only safe—but healing, empowering, and growth-focused.
About me…
It is truly a privilege to be a psychologist, particularly with children and teens. In addition to private practice, I work in a hospital setting that allows me the opportunity to provide care to patients and families experiencing the unimaginable. Because of this, I have seen the tremendous strength and resilience of young people and understand that mental health is the cornerstone of well-being.
When I am not in the office…
I am running/training for my next half marathon, biking, enjoying a latte, reading psychological thrillers, or working on my next advocacy project focused on improving youth mental health.
