Life doesn’t come with a manual—especially when it comes to raising kids or navigating relationships.
Maybe you’re doing your best to juggle work, family, and responsibilities, but still feel like you’re falling short. Maybe your child or teen has shut down, seems anxious, or just isn’t themselves, and no matter what you try, you can’t seem to reach them. Or maybe it’s you who feels stuck—exhausted by old patterns, stress, or self-doubt, and unsure how to move forward.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, creating a space where kids and teens feel truly seen and understood. At the same time, I also work with adults of all ages who are ready to explore, heal, and grow. Whether I’m meeting with a 10-year-old struggling with big emotions, a teen navigating identity and relationships, or a parent trying to keep it all together, my focus is always the same: connection, understanding, and lasting change.

What it’s like to work with me
Therapy with me is collaborative, energetic, and—even when the work is tough—a little bit playful. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your full range of emotions, and then helping you dig beneath the surface to uncover what’s really going on. Every individual and family is unique, so therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I draw from a variety of approaches—family systems, CBT, DBT, attachment-focused work, and more—tailoring our sessions to your needs, goals, and personality.
Together, we will:
- Break down walls and foster real communication.
- Develop tools and strategies that create meaningful change.
- Build insight, resilience, and skills that last long after therapy ends.
Whether you’re a parent hoping to reconnect with your child, a teen trying to find your voice, or an adult wanting to finally break free from old patterns—this is a space for you.
About me
I’ve always known I wanted to be a psychologist. Even as a child, I was the one asking endless questions, dissecting why people felt and acted the way they did, and trying to make sense of the world around me. That curiosity wasn’t just about understanding others—it was about understanding myself, too. That drive to uncover the deeper layers of emotion, connection, and identity shaped my path into psychology and continues to guide how I help others navigate the messy, beautiful complexity of life.
My mission is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. At the heart of my work is the belief that relationships both with ourselves and others are where healing and transformation truly begin.
When I am not in the office…
You can usually find me spending time with my husband, my dog, and my family and friends. I love riding bikes, exploring new adventures, and pushing myself outside my comfort zone—both personally and professionally. Growth isn’t just for my clients; it’s a lifelong journey I embrace alongside them.

Education and Training
I received both my Doctorate and Master’s degree in Psychology from Albizu University, where my passion for serving others truly began. Starting my career by providing services in my own Miami community was deeply meaningful and gave me a strong foundation in working with children, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
My practicum training at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital was especially impactful, sparking my love for helping families navigate life’s challenges while centering therapy on attachment and relationships. From there, completing my internship year and post-doctoral fellowship in New York City was a dream come true—an experience that allowed me to grow tremendously as a clinician and gain exposure to clients from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds.
