SMPG provides a variety of comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations to meet your testing needs. Gifted testing is also administered to help with academic placement. Testing is provided in a confidential and comfortable setting for children, adolescents, and adults. Evaluations provide a variety of important information including:
Diagnostic information (e.g., Do I or my child have a learning disability or ADHD? Do my symptoms meet criteria for a specific disorder?)
Determining whether a child is achieving at an appropriate level.
Documentation of learning difficulties and the need for accommodations during standardized testing (e.g., FCAT, SAT)
Identification of learning style, including cognitive strengths and weakneses for both children and adults.
